Dear users,

As you all know, we put great efforts in developing and improving channels of communication between you and our on-line assistance.

  • Lately, we transfered our support to system helpdesk assigned to each user
  • FAQ division is constantly being enriched by more questions our specialists answered
  • Documentation is becoming more thorough
  • Every change and upgrade of extension is registered in changelog

Considering that these ways of helping you proved to be most effective, we decided to close down “forum” section and concentrate on them.

 

I do not speak much English, so it was even easier than the desk understood my requirements and I will provide a premium support changing a few lines of code to customize the component
