Introducing the new support portal

We're migrating our current support center to the new system.

The new support portal is designed to work with all of our websites eventually:

  • DJ-Extensions
  • Joomla-Monster
  • Joomla-Monster Polska
  • Pixelemu
  • Indicoweb

How to add a new support ticket?

If you want to add a new ticket, you can visit the new Support Portal or send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

The direct link for submitting new tickets is available here: https://portal.indicoweb.com/portal/newticket

Once you're there, you will see a form to submit your ticket.

Fill as many fields as possible the most important are:

  • Department - choose DJ-Extensions if displayed otherwise
  • Product - choose your product by clicking on the magnifying glass icon:lupa-ikona this can be a premium extension or "Free extension" (choose this product if you are contacting us for any of our free extensions)
  • Your email address (use the same email address you used to signup to our website)

If you're not contacting us regarding any product, do not choose any of those and fill the rest of the fields.

Eventually, click "Submit" to submit the ticket.

You will receive an email confirmation of your ticket being added, and we will contact you by email as we usually did.

If you have any questions, let us know in any of the mentioned above ways.
