1. (!) Resolved problem with missing region name on User Subscription Plans list.
2. (+) Possibility to disable cache in Categories library, parameter 'Cache in categories'.
3. (+) Possibility to disable cache in Regions library, parameter 'Cache in regions'.
4. (!) Resolved problem with duplicated regions in selectors.

If you are having an issue with the regions/locations cache with PHP 7.0 you need to disable those parameters:

It should work fine without touching these settings with PHP 7.1
