DJ-Classifieds Control Panel overview

This is what the DJ Classifieds Control Panel looks like:  

The panel consists of several sections. 

Side menu 

The side menu (1) gives quick access to the most important component features.

  12. User profiles

The middle section (icons)

In the middle of panel (2), there is a set of icons that gives quick access to the component features - some of them overlap with the features that are listed in the side panel, but not all.


There are some additional features, leading to specific actions such as: 
  1. Add category
  2. Add item
  3. Add field
  4. Add location
  5. Add duration 
  6. Add type
  7. Add package
  8. Documentation
  9. Options

Right column

The panel on the right is more advanced. In principle, we can divide it into three elements: A section that informs about the installed version of DJ-Classifieds (3), a section that lists the latest versions for installed apps and modules, plugins (4), and a section regarding the registered license (5).  

Information on the current version 

This section is used to display information about the installed version of the extension. This way you can see if you have the current version and its number. Additionally, there is a link to the changelog. 

Control panel updates notifications

In the next section (5), you'll find notifications about apps, plugins, and modules' latest versions. It's a useful solution to keep you updated (that feature was introduced in the DJ-Classifieds 3.8.2 update.)

Licensing section 

This section allows you to register your license key, use the button to renew your subscription or download a new license key.

Additional information for DJ-Classifieds users from the Joomla-Monster and Vorlagenstudio websites 

The latest Apps, modules, and plugins versions can be download directly from the Control Panel by users with the active DJ-Extensions subscription. It may happen that you'll have to download those packages from the site where you have purchased Joomla templates using the DJ-Classifieds extension.

The direct download option does not work for packages assigned to Joomla-Monster and Vorlagenstudio websites. If this is the case, please follow the links below and log in to your user account and download them manually:
  1. Active subscribers of the Joomla-Monster templates with DJ-Classifieds
  2. Active subscribers of the Vorlagenstudio templates with DJ-Classifieds

Admin stats view in the control panel

There is an optional solution that allows you to replace the set of icons displayed in the middle with the DJ-Classifieds module displaying Admin Statistics.
