DJ-Suggester updated with K2 support

New version brings the K2 Item suggestion with options to:

• follow item category
• filter categories
• image displaying
• ordering rule for finding next item
• and more

Additional improvement is delay option for showing the suggestion after specified time if site content is to small to be scrolled.
