Add item from backend

Click on the Add Item button from the Control Panel, and you will be directed to the page:

Short description

New

• Name – enter the name of the advert
• Alias – enter alias
• Type – select type of ad
• Price – enter the price of the product
• Price negotiable – choose if the price is negotiable
• Currency – select currency
• Website – enter the website of the vendor
• Video link – enter link to the movie on youtube or Vimeo
• Contact – contact details of the vendor
• Intro description - enter the advert intro description in the text-area
• Description - enter the advert full description in the text-area
• Published – the status of the advert
• Blocked by the user - the status of the user
• Expiration date – expiration date of the advert
• Duration - duration chosen by the vendor during advert's posting/last renew 
• Created by – select a user as the creator of the advert

Category and Custom Fields

• Category – choose the category of the advert
• Extra fields – extra fields assigned to the selected category

Location

• Regions – select for the vendor
• Address – enter the address of the vendor
• Postcode – enter the postcode of the vendor
• Latitude – enter latitude
• Longitude – enter longitude

Publishing

• Viewing - access level for viewing the advert
• Meta Keywords – enter meta keywords
• Meta Description – enter a meta description
• Meta robots - select meta tag robots from the list
• Added - date when the advert was posted
• Modified - date when last time the advert was edited on frontend
• Renewed - date when the advert was renewed
• IP Address - IP Address of the vendor that posted the ad
• Hits - number of times the advert was displayed on front

Promotions

• Promotions – select chosen promotion types

Images

• Images included – shows images included in the advert
• Add image – browse and select the advert image
