Module
Open DJ-Classifieds Maps module and change the Mouse zoom scrolling settings to "No". Then save the module.
Advert's details page
Open DJ-Classifieds component and go to Options.
In Maps & Locations tab scroll down to Scroll wheel zooming and set it to "No". Save settings
Now the map won't be scrolling when the cursor is over it.
