Joomla events template for restaurant or cafe website

JD Cafe Restaurant & Cafe Joomla template is another template released by JoomDev that uses our DJ Events Joomla events & calendar extension. It pleases us so much!

The free Joomla events tool is purposed for events management.

Restaurant and Cafe Joomla Template features

JD Cafe is a responsive template created with a modern restaurant, cafe, or bar web page in mind. Thanks to the use of the Open Table reservation system, the templates allow users to make online reservations (Book a Table).

The crucial element of this template is an advanced menu, that can be used to showcase dishes along with their prices and images.

Another advantage is the simple contact form implemented to contact potential clients or receive bookings from visitors.

DJ-Events extension used here gives the possibility to manage event listings along with the calendar. Each event listing view can contain detailed information including price, date, map (Google map), images, videos, and a call to action button.

DJ Events was recently updated to 1.1.1 version. We have improved the calendar module with tooltip position settings, and more accessible code (WCAG/ADA). Moreover, the option to use any social sharing platform on the single event's view page was also added.

Events can be easily managed from the website's front-end. Another useful feature is recurring events - users can create daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly events without including the end date!

Joomla events and restaurant template is based on the Astroid Framework for Joomla.

The robust framework offers to customize and manage features, including drag and drop layout or a mega menu builder.

The "Bacon Festival" can be used as a single event's view example here. The event's page shows off the main image, name, date, location, and the price.
