[UPDATE] DJ-Catalog2 Integrator plugin version 1.8.11 brings YOOtheme Pro 4 compatibility

We've updated the DJ-Catalog2 Integrator plugin to version 1.8.11. The update task was to enable the plugin to work correctly with YOOtheme Pro 4 (the web builder has recently been updated.) This has been done, and in the process we have made a few other changes.
