[UPDATE] DJ-Classifieds Importer Component ver. 1.6 brings new features
We've released the DJ-Classifieds-Importer component version 1.6. The latest update brings few new features and many fixes.
The Importer component is a useful Joomla solution that provides an option to import any data to DJ-Classifieds extension.
The component works with Joomla 5 (B/C plugin) and is available for download for all active DJ-Classifieds Regular Plan subscribers.
New features
Admin layout refresh
The look of the control panel page, as well as all other back-end views, have been refreshed.
Nested multi-value feed fields support
The multiple values in the xml feed, indicated by the feed field’s “Field’s source name”, are now supported by the component.
'Multiple delimiter' field parameter
For the purpose above, as well as for the situations when there are multiple feed fields assigned to the same DJ-Classifieds destination field, the “Multiple delimiter” parameter has been added.
'Max images per ad' image field param
For the image type fields, there is a new “Max images per ad” parameter, allowing to increase the default “5” image limit per imported item.
Fields list type on hover lookup
When hovering the field’s type on the fields list, its set import destination will now be displayed.

What is DJ-Classifieds Importer?
DJ-Classifieds Importer allows you to import the ads to DJ-Classifieds. If you are using other classified solution and want to migrate to DJ-Classifieds, just export your data to XML and import with this component! It's a fast, easy and secure way to migrate from your classifieds solution to our Joomla classified ads extension.
How it's working? Just provide XML URL address, configure additional parameters of your feed (if needed) and push the button.
There is also a possibility to automate this process with CRON job. With this component you can import adverts in minutes from any system.

- The tool is for those who understand and want to set the import themselves (mainly developers).
- The support for DJ-Classifieds DOES NOT include the service to set up the XML/feed or DJ-Classifieds-Importer setup.
- We do not guarantee it will work for everyone and every possible setup.
Each XML is different and requires time and knowledge for the setup and tests, though we do not provide free setup or support for DJ-Classifieds-Importer.
